California Proposition 65

Proposition 65 is a law in California that requires businesses (both local and those importing to the state) to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in the products they purchase, use in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment.  NCASI has a number of resources that help members understand the requirements of Proposition 65 and that may facilitate calculations of possible chemical concentrations in products.
