Background
Dr. Zach Emerson has been with NCASI since 2007 and now manages the pulp and paper air program. His work has involved research on wastewater fugitive emissions, air modeling, and emissions measurement methods. Expertise includes air emissions estimates, empirical and numerical modeling, and troubleshooting. He routinely provides technical support to members for SARA reporting, MACT compliance, and air permitting. He is also a NCASI member coordinator with responsibility for ~35 pulp mills.
