Technical Bulletin No. 0624: User's Guide for the Cornell Mixing Zone Expert System

A user's guide for the Cornell Mixing Zone Expert System (CORMIX) is presented. CORMIX is a series of software subsystems for the analysis, prediction, and design of aqueous toxic or conventional pollutant discharges into diverse water bodies. Its major emphasis is on the prediction of plume geometry and dilution characteristics within a receiving water's initial mixing zone so that compliance with regulatory constraints may be judged.
