Technical Bulletin No. 0555: 1987 Review of the Literature on Pulp and Paper Effluent Management

This is the annual NCASI review of the literature on the management of effluents from pulp and paper mills. It is arranged so as to deal with the following subjects: biological treatment, physical-chemical treatment, internal load control, sludge dewatering and disposal, and effluent characterization and environmental effects.
