This technical bulletin is based on a report by Envirologic Data Inc., a firm providing specialized counsel in human health and risk assessment with extensive experience applying these skills to dioxin-related subjects. The contractor was asked to conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the existing information on migration and dermal bioavailability of dioxin and similar compounds from paper, other cellulosic materials, and surrogate media.
