Technical Bulletin No. 0529: User's Manual for Parameter Estimation for First Order Ultimate BOD Decay, BODFO

The purpose of this bulletin is to present the NCASI computer program to estimate the parameters associated with the simple first order BOD decay expression, the reaction rate coefficient and the ultimate BOD. The program can estimate the parameter values as well as their confidence region. The program was written in IBM Advanced Basic and will run on an IBM PC and its compatibles.
