Technical Bulletin No. 0528: User Manual for NCASI Activated Sludge Simulation Model and Guidance for Its Use

The NCASI activated sludge process model was first described in Technical Bulletin No. 384. The model included routines for primary clarification, aeration basin, and secondary clarification as well as various process control schemes which are optional. After the distribution of Technical Bulletin No. 384, the model was converted to Fortran code and modified for execution on a personal computer.
