Technical Bulletin No. 0357: Annual Survey of Ongoing Research on the Impact of Forest Management Practices on Water Quality and Utility – 1981

The extent to which forest management practices had an impact on receiving water quality and utility was an important question. In the initial effort to address the technical questions arising from the impact of forest management practices on receiving water quality, a cooperative study effort was initiated between the National Council and the National Forest Products Association. One of the first tasks undertaken in this joint effort was an assembly of the existing information and research which addressed the questions of the impact of forest management practices on receiving water quality and utility.
