National Council seeks to make available reports on first hand mill experience with various aspects of environmental quality protection technology. In this case the subject is the disposal of waste treatment sludges, and the material is drawn from papers presented at a number of National Council Regional meetings held in the last two years in the West Coast, Central-Lake States, and Southern-South Central Regions.
