Technical Bulletin No. 0180: 1964 Review of the Literature on Pulp and Paper Mill Wastes

A review of the 1964 literature dealing with pulp and paper industry stream pollution matters, is presented in the attached Technical Bulletin. This annual review has been prepared by the National Council's staff for a number of years and sections are currently published in TAPPI, as well as the Journal of the Water Pollution Control Federation.
