Technical Bulletin No. 0092: Suggested Methods of Analysis for Neutral Sulfite Pulping Effluents

  At the request of the Neutral Sulfite Semi-Chemical Wastes Committee, Mr. Herbert F. Berger, Project Leader of the Council's Virginia Polytechnic Institute Project, prepared the enclosed recommended methods of analysis for neutral sulfite pulping effluents. These methods were circulated among the Committee and others interested for criticism and recommendations regarding changes or improvements. The latter were incorporated in this compendium, and the enclosed report was approved unanimously by the Committee. It is the wish of the Committee that these analyses be amended from time to time, as improved methods are developed.
