Technical Bulletin No. 0047: Deinking Waste Report: Demonstration Plant for Treatment of Deinking Waste

Submitted herewith is a reprint of a paper describing the operation of the deinking waste treatment demonstration plant of the Kalamazoo River Improvement Company, which was designed by the National Council. Design details of this plant were presented in Technical Bulletin Number 30, previously distributed. This plant, which is of the biological aeration type, was operated for a one year period during 1950 - 1951. Extensive operating data were accumulated. These are being compiled and will be presented in a subsequent bulletin.
