Technical Bulletin No. 0039: Deinking Waste Development Studies

For several years the National Council has carried on investigations to develop methods of treating deinking mill waste. The attached report deal with a pilot plant study of the sedimentation of deinking mill waste, both with and without chemical treatment, and includes a study of the effect on clarification of mixing white water with deinking mill waste.
