Technical Bulletin No. 0038: Technical Papers Presented at the Annual Research Review and Open Panel Discussion

The enclosed report is a compilation of the papers on various aspects of the Pulp, Paper and Paperboard Industry’s stream improvement problems which were presented at the Annual Research Review and Open Panel Discussion of the Council.
