Technical Bulletin No. 0027: Deinking of Printed Papers

Attached hereto is a reprint of a symposium dealing with Deinking of Printed Papers as reprinted from the "Paper Industry and Paper World" in the June 1949 issue. This symposium deals primarily with the processes used in the deinking of old papers and includes a section on waste disposal problems which was prepared by Kr. A. J. Palladino, Kalamazoo field engineer for the National Council for Stream Improvement.
