Technical Bulletin No. 0011: Proposed California Air Pollution Regulation (APGB)

The purpose of Regulation No. 2 of the Bay Area Air Pollution Control District is to regulate the emission of solid and liquid air pollutants from all sources within its scope, and to regulate in addition, the emission of pollutant gases from combustion operations.
