Special Report No. 97-13: Proceedings of the 1997 NCASI West Coast Regional Meeting

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 1972 Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments (FWPCAA), also known as the Clean Water Act. The Clean Water Act has special significance for the forest products industry and for NCASI, leading to the evolution of an Environmental Forestry Research Program within NCASI. In this paper we review the birth and evolution of this effort and describe some of the accomplishments and events over the last 20 years.
