Special Report No. 97-12: Proceedings of the 1997 NCASI Central-Lake States Regional Meeting

An important element in the National Council’s information transfer program is our annual series of regional meetings. These are organized in great measure by our Northeast, Southern, West Coast, and Central-Lake States regional staffs, with assistance from their respective Regional Committees. As a result, the meeting programs are a blend of regional interests and subjects of national importance.
