Special Report No. 96-02: Proceedings of the 1992 and 1993 SARA Section 313 Release Reports Filed by Forest Products Industry Manufacturing Facilities

1992 and 1993SARA Section 313 Form R submissions for pulp and paper mills, wood panel plants and sawmills are summarized. Total reported releases to air, water and land and total transfers to POTWS and other off-site treatment facilities are tabulated on an individual chemical basis and compared to those for prior reporting years. Reasons for year-to-year changes in totals and releases per unit of production for chemicals of importance are identified.
