Special Report No. 90-13: Proceedings of the 1990 NCASI West Coast Regional Meeting

The Regional Meetings are an important element of these are National Council’s information dissemination program. Organized to address contemporary questions specific to the mills in that region. A great deal of input toward their organization is provided by the Regional Committee. The 1990 West Coast Regional Meeting consisted of a General Session followed by a series of five Special Technical Sessions.
