Special Report No. 89-12: Proceedings of the 1989 Annual Meeting of Members

The Annual Meeting of Members held on March 13, 1989, took place as the Operating Committee began a review of the National Council’s strategic plan for meeting the industry's information needs in the environmental quality management area. It also marked the completion of several years which bore witness to the broadened scope of the organization's program. It also marked the emergence of new elements beyond the traditional media-related work on air, water, solid waste, workplace and community chemical exposure, and product acceptability and post-consumer use disposal.
