This special report is the first progress report on the assessment of potential health risks from use of bleached board and paper for food packaging and food contact products. It lays out the elements of the risk assessment in each of the two product use categories. The bulk of this report deals with the analytical program on defining the potential for migration of dioxin from food packaging to food.
