Special Report No. 84-09: Information in the EPA BACT/LAER Clearinghouse of Value to the Forest Products Industry – Second Update

In April 1984, EPA again updated the permitting data base, adding another 157 permits which were mainly issued from early 1983 to early 1984. However, some of those newly added permits were issued prior to 1983, since EPA will accept data submitted by permitting agencies on any permits, regardless of their date of issue, in order to make the data base as comprehensive as possible.
