EPA Pulp & Paper Sector Survey 2011

On February 21, 2011, EPA distributed an extensive survey to all pulp and paper mills in the United States. The survey was conducted under the authority of Section 114 of the Clean Air Act, and responses were mandatory. The survey was divided into three parts with staggered response dates, with the final part due on August 24, 2011.
