CC-99-042: Final Rule Lowering Reporting Thresholds for Persistent Bioaccumulative Toxic Chemicals and Revising the Vanadium Listing

The attached material appeared in the October 29, 1999 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule that alters certain SARA Section 313 reporting requirements for compounds determined to be persistent bioaccumulative toxic chemicals. It also revises the listing for vanadium. These changes are effective for the reporting year 2000, and thus apply to Form Rs submitted on July 1, 2001, and thereafter.
