CC-99-029: Final Regulations for Control of Regional Haze

The attached material appeared in the July 1, 1999 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule requiring state air pollution control agencies to develop emission control programs to improve visibility in Class I areas. This rule will be mainly of interest to companies with manufacturing facilities or timberlands located in states with Federal Class I areas.
