CC-99-022: Technical Amendments to the April 15, 1998 MACT Rule

The attached material appeared in the April 12, 1999 Federal Register. It contains a number of EPA “technical amendments” and “clarifications” to the final pulp and paper MACT regulation issued on April 15, 1998. This material will be of interest to all chemical wood pulp mills and to deinking mills that use chlorine or chlorine dioxide for recovered fiber bleaching.
