CC-99-001: Modification of MACT Requirements for Bleach Plants Participating in the Voluntary Advanced Technology Incentives Program

It is an EPA direct final rule that alters one of the requirements for bleach plants participating in EPA’s Voluntary Advanced Technology Incentives Program (VATIP).This proposal will only be of interest to companies with a bleached papergrade kraft or soda mill considering participation in EPA’s VATIP.
