CC-98-044: Clarification of MACT Requirements for Treatment of Kraft Mill Condensates

The attached material appeared in the September 16, 1998, Federal Register [FR 63 (179)49455-49459]. It is an EPA “technical amendment” to the final MACT regulation issued on April 15, 1998. This material will be of interest to kraft pulp mills, particularly those planning to treat condensates using technologies other than steam stripping or hard-piping to secondary treatment.
