CC-98-026: Final Land Disposal Restriction Standards Phase IV and Exclusion from the Definition of Solid Waste for Certain Materials Reused in Wood Preserving

Attached please find material that appeared in the Federal Register on May 26, 1998. In it EPA finalizes Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) treatment standards for a number of metals, promulgates LDR standards for contaminated soils that are different than those for wastes, and exempts from the definition of solid waste, certain materials recycled in wood preserving operations.
