CC-98-003: Modification of the List of Regulated Substances and Associated Clarifications of Related Provisions of the Final Risk Management Planning Rule

The attached material appeared in the January 6, 1998 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule which makes limited modifications to the list of regulated substances associated with the Risk Management Planning Rule. These modifications will be of interest to facilities which store gasoline, have flammable mixtures stored on-site, or have shipping containers on-site with substances covered by the rule.
