CC-97-068: Promulgation of Method 1613 Revision B, Tetra- Through Octa- CDD/Fs

Attached please find material published in the Federal Register on September 15, 1997. In it, EPA promulgates its high resolution mass spectrometric dioxin method, Method 1613B. Effective October 15, 1997, all new NPDES permits requiring PCDD/PCDF compliance testing must specify the use of Method 1613B.
