CC-97-064: Applicability of Subpart Kb NSPS to Pulp Mill Storage Tanks

Recently, NCASI staff have received a number of questions about the vapor pressure of volatile organics that may be present in various pulp mill process streams that are in storage tanks. The questions have been raised in connection with determining the applicability of the Subpart Kb New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) for tanks containing volatile organic liquids.
