CC-97-048: Interpretive Guidance Related to Risk Management Planning Requirements

The attached material appeared in the August 25, 1997 Federal Register. It is an EPA notice which clarifies two particular aspects of the accidental release prevention program requirements. This rule will be of interest to those companies which are preparing Risk Management Plans.
