CC-97-039: Proposal to Revise New Source Performance Standards(NSPS) for Industrial Boiler NOx Emissions

The attached material appeared in the July 9, 1997 Federal Register. It is an EPA proposal to revise the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for both utility and industrial boilers for NOx emissions. This proposal will be of interest mainly to companies planning to construct a new boiler with a heat input capacity of 100 x 106 Btu/hr or greater.
