CC-97-006: Air – Final Rule for Risk Management Programs

 It has come to our attention that a table which appeared in NCASI Corporate Correspondent Memorandum 96-30 had incorrect threshold quantities for chlorine and nitric acid. The correct threshold quantity for chlorine is 2500 lb (not 2000 lb) and for nitric acid is 15,000 lb (not 10,000 lb). The table with the corrected values is reprinted below.
