CC-96-044: Final Decision to Retain Existing National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Nitrogen Dioxide

The attached material appeared in the October 8, 1996 Federal Register. It is an EPA notice stating the Agency has made a final decision to not revise the existing National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for nitrogen dioxide at this time. This proposal will be of general interest to all companies operating mills which have NOx, emission limits.
