CC-96-024: Promulgation of Stack Sampling Methods for Metals

The attached material appeared in the April 25, 1996 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule which sets forth stack sampling methods for measuring emissions of metals from stationary sources. These methods will be of interest to those companies wanting to measure emissions of metals from boilers, recovery furnaces, lime kilns, and other combustion sources.
