CC-96-022: Final Decision to Retain Existing National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Sulfur Dioxide

The attached material appeared in the May 22, 1996 Federal Register. It is an EPA notice stating the Agency has made a final decision to not revise the existing National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for sulfur dioxide at this time. This proposal will be of interest to all companies operating mills which have SO1 emission limits.
