CC-94-026: Revised and New Emission Test Methods

The attached material appeared in the April 22, 1994 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule which makes minor revisions to stack testing Methods 18 and 26, and promulgates new Methods 25D and 26A. This proposal will primarily be of interest to companies which have a need to test for HCl emissions.
