CC-94-010: Substances and Threshold Quantities for Future Accidental Release Prevention Requirements

The attached material appeared in the January 31, 1994 Federal Resister. It is an EPA final rule which lists substances, and their threshold amounts, which will be subject to future accidental release prevention rules. This final rule will be of interest to companies with manufacturing facilities which use anhydrous ammonia, aqueous ammonia, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, formaldehyde-based resins, hydrochloric acid, anhydrous sulfur dioxide, or certain gaseous fuels.
