CC-94-002: NCASI Guidance for Contracting and Auditing for Analytical Procedures in EPA's Proposed Rule

As a result of EPA's proposed revisions to the pulp and paper industry's effluent limitations guidelines, companies are generating data both to (a) determine the potential impacts of EPA'S proposal at individual mill sites, and (b) provide material for industry comments on the proposed effluent guidelines. To aid member companies in these efforts, NCASI has prepared the attached guidance for contracting and auditing for three of the more detailed and new analytical procedures.
