CC-93-032: Final Rule Establishing PM10 Increments for PSD Permitting

The attached material appeared in the June 3, 1993 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule which establishes maximum allowable increases in ambient PM10 concentrations for PSD permitting. The new PM10 increments will replace the current TSP increments. This rule will be of interest to companies planning to prepare PSD permit applications for projects involving PM emissions. It will also be of some interest to companies which carry out prescribed forestry burning.
