CC-91-014: Source Test Methods for Dioxin Furan and Hydrochloric Acid Emissions

The attached material appeared in the February 13, 1991 Federal Register. It consists of two EPA source stack test methods, Method 23 for polychlorinated dibenzo- p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDD and PCDF) and Method 26 for hydrochloric acid. These methods are being added to Appendix A of 40 CFR part 60.
