CC-90-057: Final Rule Modifying the Requirements for Industrial Facilities Discharging to POTWs

Enclosed please find material that appeared in the Federal Register on July 24, 1990. In it EPA finalizes regulations that (a) prohibit the discharge to publicly-owned treatment works of certain types of wastes, including those that are ignitable, (b) require inspection and permitting of industrial users of POTWs, and (c) require notification of discharges of hazardous wastes.
