CC-90-053: SARA Final Rule on Reporting Quantity Thresholds for Section 311 and 312 Submissions

The attached material appeared in the July 26, 1990 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule which retains the current reporting quantity thresholds of 500 lb (or the threshold planning quantity, if less than 500 lb) for extremely hazardous substances and 10,000 lb for all other hazardous substances.
