CC-90-014: Final Rule Requiring Notification and Manifesting for PCB Waste Management Activities

Attached please find material that appeared in the Federal Register on December 21, 1989. In it EPA promulgates notification and manifesting requirements for the disposal of PCBs. These requirements are similar to the 'cradle to grave' requirements for RCRA hazardous wastes.
