CC-89-127: NOx Performance Testing and Monitoring Requirements for Low Capacity Factor Steam Generating Units Firing Oil or Natural Gas

It is an EPA final rule which revises the NOx performance testing and emission monitoring requirements for steam generating units subject to New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and operating at annual capacity utilization factors of 10% or less.
