CC-89-017: Proposed Revisions to Industrial Boiler NO, Emission Standards for Low Capacity Factor Units

The attached material appeared in the January 13, 1989 Federal Register. It is an EPA proposal to revise certain NO, emission standards and monitoring provisions in the current New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for industrial boilers with very low annual capacity factors.
