CC-88-054: Final Rule Excluding Certain PCB-Containing Materials From Regulation Under Section 6(e) of TSCA

Enclosed please find material that appeared in the Federal Register on June 27, 1988. In it EPA promulgates rules excluding certain PCB-containing materials from TSCA's general prohibition on the manufacturing, processing, distribution, and use of PCBs. The rule includes a conditional exemption for 'recycled PCBs' which appear in the processing of paper products or asphalt roofing materials.
